Verba runs at verba.top/word-research/taskpane.html and opens inside Microsoft Word through the add-in manifest.

If Verba does not appear in Word, remove the old manifest and install the current one from Install Verba.

Use the hosted manifest on other devices. You do not need this repository, npm, certificates, or a local server.
